The All Saints Difference
What makes us unique
Here at All Saints Preschool we are Christ-centred, child-focused. This means that for us, there is no greater joy than learning who each of our children are and helping them grow into exactly who they were created to be. We nurture every aspect of our children, from their education, to their social well being, to navigating the world around them and how the bible applies to each of us.
We know that nurturing our children at preschool is incomplete without their families, so our staff work closely with our families, ensuring that each child feels known, valued and cared for.
Learning Environment
We believe that nature, as part of God’s creation, is to be explored, enjoyed, nurtured and discovered. We know that in the early years of a child’s life, their interactions and environment play a crucial role in nurturing brain development. In this way, there is no better space for children to learn in than nature itself.
This is why at All Saints Preschool our learning environment is one that provides children with the opportunity to engage the world around them through helping out in our veggie gardens, enjoying water based play or gathering with their friends in our sunken outdoor seating. Our learning environment allows our children to be curious, to ask questions and to extend naturally inquisitive minds.
School Transition Program
The early years of a child’s life are some of the biggest in terms of identity, hearing, language and brain development. It’s an important time in a child’s life for making friends, developing independence and learning new skills. Our preschool staff understand the importance of these early years and nourish these areas in each of our children. This, combined with Godly wisdom helps our children establish the skills and positive learning behaviours required to take them beyond their preschool years.
Starting school is a big milestone for children and their families. At All Saints Preschool we see the importance of preparing children for a positive transition to school. Our staff embrace all aspects of school readiness for our children including social, emotional and academic preparation. Over the years we have developed relationships with primary schools in our community to ease the transition from preschool to Kindergarten. We have received feedback from primary teachers saying how wonderfully prepared children from All Saints Preschool are!
“Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime”
What we believe
Our Preschool is a ministry of Albion Park Anglican Church.
As a team we enthusiastically support and promote the Christian faith. Here is a summary of what Christian’s believe:
We believe in one God who has revealed himself to us through his Word, the Bible. In the Bible we are taught that God exists in eternity as three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We believe in God as the Creator of all things. We also believe that every human being is made in God’s image and is precious, unique and loved.
The Bible teaches us that everyone sins and falls short of God’s holy standard and glory. The gospel announces that we can be saved not by our own works or deeds, but because of God’s gracious and redeeming love, displayed at the cross of Christ.
We believe that Jesus died for our sins upon the cross, and rose to life for our salvation. We believe that God calls us by the power of the Holy Spirit to repent of our sins, trust in Jesus for forgiveness, and follow his ways for our life today.
“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life” John 3:16
“But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” Rom 5:8
“Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved” Acts 16:31

Hi. My name is Ying. I am privileged working as a director and early childhood teacher at All Saints Preschool Albion Park. I have been working in the early childhood setting for the last 17 years. I live in Tahmoor and I am a member of Wollondilly Presbyterian Church. Sharing the journey of refining Godly character with children and families is a pleasure and privilege. I thank God for all the wonderful creation.
Miss Leah
Diploma Educator/Responsible Person
Hi, I’m Leah and I have a diploma in early childhood education and care. I have been working in the early childhood sector for 15 years and love getting to know each child’s unique character. I believe it is a privilege to work alongside families in supporting their child’s growth in all areas. Children see the world with such awe and wonder which in turn inspires me to do the same. I attend Albion Park Anglican Church, usually at the 9:30am service. I am currently looking forward to returning to the children's ministry.
Miss Amanda

Hi, I'm Amanda and I have a diploma in Early childhood education and care. I have been working in childcare for 9 years and love getting to explore and engage with our beautiful world alongside the children at preschool. It is such a privilege to share Jesus with the children at preschool and I believe supporting our children in their learning journey is the best thing I can do as an educator. I attend Shellharbour City Anglican Church and enjoy participating in the evening service and leading a youth group on a Friday evening.
Miss Shanan
Admin
Hi, I’m Shanan and I’ve worked here as our Administrator since July 2018. The best part of my job is to work in the office while listening to the children laugh and play and have fun downstairs! My husband, myself and our 2 sons attend Albion Park Anglican Church and have done so for many years. I love to read, do papercrafts, collect teacups (my husband says I have too many!), and spend quality time with my family. I’m incredibly grateful to be a part of the wonderful team we have here at All Saints Preschool!
Miss Gail

I am passionate about supporting children's holistic development and love getting to know each of the children as individuals. On weekends, I like to spend time with my family, walk, read, and find a good coffee.
Miss Tian
Early Childhood Teacher
Hello! I’m Tian. I recently completed my bachelor of early childhood education and have been working in the early childhood education sector for 4 years now. It is a privilege to work with young children, alongside their families and the community. So much learning happens for children in the amazing preschool years and I love being able to support this through play, exploration, and sharing God’s love with them. I attend Awaken Church Wollongong Central and enjoy serving on the Kids team there too.
Miss Tamar

Hi, my name is Tamar, and I am currently working towards a bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education. I have worked as a community artist for over 20 years and I have enjoyed sharing my artistic abilities with All Saints Preschool. I love how children are curious and my passion is to support their learning and to instil a strong desire for them to become lifelong learners. I have a teenage son who has a disability and gives me much joy with his way of seeing the world. We both attend Generocity Church at Kiama and through lockdown they have been a great support to us with many online catch ups.
Miss Jasmine

Hi I’m Jasmine and I have my certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care, and have almost completed my diploma. I have been working in childcare for 6 years, I feel very passionate about the importance and influence that early education can have on a child’s learning, development and wellbeing. I feel very privileged to be able to partner with the families at All Saints Preschool and to get to watch the children learn about God, themselves and the world around them. I believe God created us all with unique gifts that deserved to be valued and shared, and I love working alongside children to help them discover and embrace how special they are and how much they have to contribute to the world around them. I attend Figtree Anglican Church and love being apart of the morning church community and investing in other young families.
